New MABOPA line-up..congrats!

I would like to congratulate MABOPA (Malaysian Book Publishers Association) new executive committee for 2009/2011. From the list show that every genre of book has their own representative.

Moving forward, i hope that MABOPA could work harder after the successful KL International Bookfair 2009. The record turn-up of the visitor to the bookfair shows that Malaysian are BUYING BOOKS and READING too!

I also has a wish:

1. MABOPA look into the benefits of the STAFF of the publishing house too
2. Play meaningful roles into producing GOOD AUTHORS
3. Fight to establish Book Publishing as an INDUSTRY and not a merely socio-culture activities in this country.
